The agency was given the mandate to promote 18 plus brands within Town Square that included; Spinneys Hypermarket, Energy Plus, Al Manara Pharmacy, JustKidding, Grand Optics, Street9 Cafe, Oregano Cafe, Dantel & More, Holland and Barrett, Coffee Club, Pickframes.com, Physiomins, B&Y Electronics, Champion Cleaners, Illy Café, Tilia Flowers, Energy Plus Gym and Cheeky Monkeys among others.
The objective through the campaign was to increase the leasing and sales of the properties and also drive footfall into the community mall and help the retailers to increase their sales.
HOW
White Water PR embarked on an aggressive social media campaign to promote the project and also the 18 retail brands that were located at the Town Square.
The agency conceptualized and created community events to drive footfall into the mall.
As the project was located at the Khalifa City Area, the agency embarked on a targeted campaign to attract people living within the 10-kilometer radius.
Our social media campaign included more videos than the static image approach and that helped us to make the difference.
The check-ins to the mall had considerable rose month-on-month and attracted more retailers to join the community centre.
We generated a high volume of sales leads and contributed to the company’s bottom-line through our effective media communications strategies.
